Red Deer Polytechnic (RDP) is offering a compelling executive leadership opportunity for a
values-driven, forward-thinking leader to help shape the future of one of Alberta’s most dynamic
polytechnic institutions. Based in Red Deer and reporting directly to the President and serving
as a trusted member of the executive team, the Vice President, Corporate Services plays a
central role in advancing RDP’s mission to drive productivity and social impact through applied
learning, research, and industry partnership.

This role brings together corporate services, people and culture, and enrollment services into a
single, integrated portfolio designed to elevate the experience of learners and employees alike.
The Vice President will influence how the institution operates at an enterprise level—overseeing
financial stewardship, campus development, governance, risk and compliance, and some
student-facing services—while building modern, service-oriented systems that enable agility,
growth, and long-term sustainability.

At a time of significant momentum, the Vice President will help lead modernization, infrastructure
development, and institutional transformation aligned with RDP’s 2030 Strategic Plan. This
includes supporting bold initiatives in healthcare and health technology, energy innovation,
advanced manufacturing, and social innovation, as well as fostering strong partnerships with
