- Oversee comprehensive supports for international students to promote their success while upholding safety and integrity.
Academic & Community Partnerships
- Strengthen collaboration with academic leadership to align student‑focused initiatives with program needs and the full learner journey.
- Build and sustain productive, long-term partnerships with instructors, staff, donors, government, industry, and peer institutions.

- Demonstrates strong proficiency in financial stewardship, including the management of transparent budgets and leading organizational change with composure.
- Manages critical incidents and navigates ambiguity with sound judgment and decisive action.
Learner-Centered Advocate
- Maintains a deep appreciation for the unique needs of NAIT students (Degree, Diploma, Certificate and apprenticeship and skilled-trades learners), as well as the impact of tuition, financing, and employment outcomes on student persistence.
- Remains authentically committed to equity, diversity, inclusion, and Indigenous engagement across all facets of the learner journey.
- Champions global perspectives, internationalization, and future-focused thinking.
Collaborative Relationship Builder
